ANALYSIS OF YOUR NEEDS STUDY OF YOUR SPECIFICATIONS
RESEARCH & INNOVATION
During this stage we help our customers to find the right product architecture, allowing them to differentiate themselves from the competition while keeping in mind the industrial and economic feasibility. Our mechanical and electronic engineers work together to bring you all their creativity.
DEVELOPMENT
After a first stage of pre-study / research, we will define together the components and materials to give life to your product through a CAD model of all the parts and assemblies. At this stage, we also carry out the routing of the electronic cards and the embedded software.
DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING
This is the most awaited phase because it concretises the work carried out upstream and allows us to carry out tests in situ in order to validate the mechanical and electronic design. In general, we carry out several phases of CAD optimisation and prototyping to make the system reliable before moving on to industrialisation.
Industrialisation
Once all the tests have been validated, we can launch the various tools with our partners. At the same time, our subsidiary Aptem will take care of the production of the electronic cards. Once the first pre-production run has been assembled, some products will be sent to the laboratory for CE certification testing. Our engineers follow up with our partners throughout the project and define with you the assembly line and the production output tests.
Production
Our electronic card wiring and integration workshop, based in Annecy, has the capacity to produce your prototypes and small & medium series thanks to an SMD installation line and evolving assembly lines.
